Chase Oaks Church was born out of the Fellowship Bible Church movement. It began in the early 1970s after Dallas Theological Seminary’s Dr. Gene Getz was challenged by his students to reevaluate the viability of the local church. In 1981 Gene founded Fellowship Bible Church North, which would eventually become Chase Oaks Church.

I really enjoy the service in the church, the pastor Peter Parker is so welcoming and nice. I have been here for 4 months already. I love the pastor Jeff Jones, I love every single speeches he gave. I sometimes get touched by what he says about Jesus and the relationship between people. I really really gained a lot.
I cannot believe I have to write this. I have gone to CO for 12 years now, and I've known some staff here for 25 years. It is with a heavy heart that I now must warn others against coming here. You can have a church that is safe for wolves, or safe for sheep. But you cannot have both. Identifying with the wolves costs nothing, and often comes with benefits (see: current events). While identifying with the sheep will cost you greatly (see: Yeshua). Those who have ears, let them hear.
Lots of people go here. I was never greeted and even hung out at the coffee. No one even noticed me because they were busy doing their normally church thing. The pastor was good at speaking and delivering the message was impactful. The message reaching out and inviting a friend to come to church. Matthew But yet no one noticing the new people who just walked in. I will go a few more times and see how it goes to see if the people in a large church get lost and it's about checking boxes. I am a follower of Jesus Christ and want to be apart of the same kind of people
I love this church. It can be hard to find somewhere that embodies the actual spirit of who Christ calls us to be, but I've never doubted that here. They've pushed me to be kinder, more generous, and thoughtful in how I treat my fellow humans. Highly recommend coming, joining a group, and finding your community.
Always a pleasant and new experience here. Great for the entire family and zero requirements. Everyone here accepts you for who you are and really show their faith through practice rather than just words.
